First Year Drama Practitioners curtain raiser 2025

Since time began, communities have come together to celebrate and mark important events as a collective. This is something that we at ClassAction aim to do, and we are marking the start of our first year practitioners time with us with performance work. Our new drama practitioners are welcomed to STUDIO816 with their re-imagining of POOL NO WATER based on the play by Mark Ravenhill. Once again this work showcases all the ways in which ClassAction practitioners push themselves to achieve performance work with truth, authenticity and understanding. We want our practitioners to surprise themselves with what they are capable of, and we value being part of that experience as tutors working alongside them, and are being surprised anew as our students’ present work in our studios today.
